About Us

Rossell Techsys is the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) division of Rossell India Limited, established in early 2011, to provide services to global OEMs with “finish and finesse” similar to home country with razor sharp attention in fulfilling on-time, on-quality and on-budget commitments. Working with Rossell is an enriching value proposition- experience of the very best in environment, infrastructure, processes, certifications, people and hygiene.

Rossell Techsys undertakes Build to Specifications (BTS) and Build to Print (BTP) services for leading global OEMs through a model of establishing “Centers of Excellence” (CoE) in engineering and manufacturing in its state-of-the-art facility located at the Aerospace Park, near Kempegowda international Airport (KIA), Bengaluru. The current facility has been designed as per LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building certification programme and meets the IGBC (www.igbc.in) credit requirements for GOLD ratings. The first phase of the facility occupies 175,000 sq-ft. The final phase will include up to 425,000 sq-ft. of space.

Our infrastructure provides a “wow” experience. With a strong intent to provide the very best, sparing no money or effort, the infrastructure for in-house manufacturing for EWIS is an experience by itself- Multiple braiding machines, laser marker machines, printing machines for various surfaces and material, including specialized IUID using QR codes, plotters, temperature chambers, Chemical handling infrastructure, 3D printing, CAD / CAM / CAE tools, Engineering design tools, verification and validation tools, a niche A&D specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, a home-grown Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems, a cyber security, NIST- 800-171 compliant IT infrastructure.

Though, the minimum academic qualifications to join the Rossell family is a diploma (equal to an associate degree in the USA), but well-grounded personality, great professionalism and being a better person are taken into account while assessing a candidate. Operational hygiene is paramount in all aspects of operations and is the driving force behind the slew of certifications that Rossell has in its portfolio. All aspects of operations are transparent and auditable. Engineering and Manufacturing practices are tailored to suit customer needs. The operational efficiency is driven by IT enabled services, automation and robotics, with a clear roadmap for implementation and deployment. This includes “Go Green” paperless manufacturing; enhanced use of IT resources; video traceability in manufacturing; Anytime-Anywhere-Any device based learning content; delivery and evaluation; RFID based warehouse management and more. Further, Rossell has embarked on the journey of Business excellence to be achieved by the year 2024 / 2025. When complete, the business and operating environment shall be fully complaint with the vision of the Rossell Operating System Environment (ROSE).

Rossell commenced its US operations in August 2020, by setting up its own subsidiary- Rossell Techsys Inc. it is a C-Corp registered in the state of Delaware with operations based out of Tempe, Arizona USA. The US subsidiary is aimed at providing a higher value proposition, through enhanced customer engagement, robust supplier partnerships, liaison with US academia for Automation and Robotics, Learning and Development Content, Engineering and Manufacturing services that are constrained by licensing restrictions, consolidation and better management of inventory.
