HR Recruiter


Core Responsibilities

  • To design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
  • To collaboratively work with all departments to understand their operations & identify staff needs.
  • To develop the Job descriptions and the competencies of the requirements.
  • To administrate the talent acquisition process & source the potential candidates through job portals, head hunting & cold calling.
  • To proactively build an effective talent pool for all the positions.
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
  • To administrate onboarding, joining formalities and background verification.



Minimum educational qualification:

  • Post-Graduation in Human Resource (MBA / MSW / M.Sc)


Work experience:

  • 3–5 years of Recruiting experience from a Manufacturing / IT Industry.
  • Knowledge of the assessment tools ;would be an added advantage



Manager – Contracts & Proposal


To ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts, oversee the contract management process and development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations, and document management.

To develop and maintain close collaboration with various stakeholders and internal functions, including project management, business operations, supply chain management, and finance and accounts.

  • Negotiate, establish, and administer contractual arrangements and procurement proposals
  • Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.
  • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of prices, review and interpret contract provisions to achieve cost efficiencies and cost reductions where feasible.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between organization and customers to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolve problems and issues.



Thorough understanding of Contracts & Proposal Management function. Experience in the Aerospace and Defense domain, Information Technology, Manufacturing or Production organization will be a huge advantage.

Minimum educational qualification:



Work experience:

Min 10-12 years of domain (functional) experience .

Min 5-8 years of experience of managing the team.

Certification in Supply chain management and contract administration will be preferred.


Graphic Designer cum Publishing Specialist

Responsibilities: Concept, Creation and Delivery of Visually appealing, illustrative, Colour Rich, Content for Marketing Material, Brochures, Proposals, Charts, Analytics Presentation and Website. Role entails need to recommend the right tools for achieving content objectives, with content delivery being platform agnostic, and delivered on “Any Device, Any Where, Any Time”, without loss of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study collateral briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, Prepare drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand, Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and content creators to produce final design
  • Develop the graphics in the required formats and media.
  • Test graphics across various media


Graduate / Post Graduate, with proven Graphics, Web and Device publishing technical skills, coupled with creativity and innovation.

Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in similar field.

Critical Experience: Should have experience and high degree of proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Coral Draw, PageMaker, InDesign, Illustrator. Must have a key eye for details, aesthetics, Finish, Finesse. Must have the ability and creative flair to translate the requirements into design.

Personality traits: Candidate must possess a down to earth attitude, strong character to remain positive, calm and gracious under stress, must possess thought articulation and action leadership skills. Must be self-driven, possess high energy and strong inter personal skills to navigate complex situations, demonstrate reflective practice skills to solve problems. Must proactively work to contribute to maintaining a congenial, warm, accommodating and empathetic work culture.
