Welcome to a Global work place

Welcome to a global work place, where we strive to create a fun work environment to uplift people’s spirits and build camaraderie.

A place that is vibrant, positive, invigorating, supportive and empathetic towards all. We are an integrated engineering and manufacturing entity, yet we do not distinguish between staff working on either space. We encourage all staff members to freely socialize, get to know each other on an individual level to cultivate meaningful and healthy relationship to keep them happy, healthy and productive at work. We believe that when employees are able to communicate with those they work with, it alleviates much of their stress.

Rossell advocates openness, honesty, trust, and passion to work sans emotions. These tenets cannot be compromised.

Inclusive Workplace

Our employment policies are fair and reasonable. We follow fair employment practices driven by a unique mix of the best of the technology and manufacturing worlds, amalgamated into one uniform work culture, which we cheerfully call, the “cream collar” culture. People are valued and respected for the capability they bring and the role they are required to play in the company. Staff is advised to respect all roles, from watch and ward to the most innovative and creative technology mind. The environment does not distinguish between qualification, experience, gender, orientation, age, language, region, faith and personal likes and dislikes.

Being a "Rossellite"

Apart from the standard statutory benefits, a “Rossellite” would typically experience, a 5 day work week- a very first in the manufacturing world in India, flexi-hours support wherever possible, sponsored transport, sponsored breakfast, subsidized lunch, support for learning, certifications, higher level of academics, opportunities to exhibit individual talent outside of work, celebrate events, personal milestones, festivals, cultural fetes, offsite fun and frolic, faiths, awards, recognitions culminating in an annual fest.

Rossell believes in “WYSIWYG” (“what you see is what you get”).

Corporate Social Responsibility

Some of these social support activities include blood donation camps, support to various states during floods and natural disasters, support to various NGOs participating in social service activities.  The company has also started providing opportunities for inclusion of the differently-abled and veterans from A&D space.

Education and Health Care Support

On an ongoing basis, the company is actively supporting the “Skill India” initiative and has been at the forefront in the aerospace and defense domain. Starting off in 2014, when it became the first Industry sponsor to the Boeing championed “Learn and Earn” program for aerospace and defense interconnect solutions, done in partnership with NTTF (www.nttf.org). It has been regularly conducting such contemporary courses that will help students become industry ready and fit into job roles that are on offer. Till date over 350 students have been provided opportunities to enhance their employable skills, giving them the confidence in their career management abilities and earn their livelihood. Some of the successful students have been absorbed by the company.

Environment Support

The Aerospace and Defense division has been embracing green business practices since inception. With the aim of limiting environmental impacts, we have reduced the paper requirement by 95% in the manufacturing operations. We aim to fully green our operations by the end of 2022. The new campus near the Bangalore International Airport is an energy efficient building and has been rated “GOLD” by IGBC in the first phase. At the completion of the second phase of construction, it shall meet the criteria for   “Platinum” rating. Reuse and recycle is the mantra in all the aspects of operations.
